Mascara Plus is a contract manufacturer based near Italy's fashion capital, Milan.  The company is comprised of a R&D laboratory in Cernusco sul Naviglio and a production facility in Pioltello. 

Mascara Plus was created by David Chant in 2002.  Having specialized in mascara and color cosmetics for the world’s leading cosmetic brands for 12 years  in his native country, the U.S.A,  as well as Europe; his passion brought about the birth of Mascara Plus.
